Summer Spain Exchange Program

Here's an exciting Spain-US exchange opportunity for Mason students for Summer 2018!
  • Open your home to a student from the Cantabrian (northern) region of Spain or travel to Cantabria, Spain for a homestay, or both!
  • Spanish students will come to Northern Virginia from June 23 to July 19.  Worried that your participation in a summer camp would keep you from hosting? Don't be! Spanish students often can attend as well. In addition, US families are paid a stipend for hosting. We particularly need families of boys, ages 13-15, who can host Spanish boys for all or part of the time.
  • US students can participate in a homestay in Spain from July 19 - 31. Students will stay in the beautiful beach town of Castro Urdiales, located on the Cantabrian Sea, where they'll enjoy sailing, tennis, and a couple of days of cultural excursions.
